POLICIES

CANCELATION POLICY

I understand that sometimes schedules change and therefore request at least 48 hours notice when canceling or rescheduling your appointment. A credit card is required to hold your appointment. Appointments canceled or rescheduled within 48 hours of start of appointment time will incur a charge of 50% of the original service amount.

Please note that if you are over 15 minutes late for your appointment we may have to reschedule your service if it cannot be completed in the remaining time frame. If we must reschedule your appointment, you are considered a late cancel and will be charged 50% of the original service amount.

If I do not hear from you 15 minutes or more into your scheduled appointment time it is considered a “No-Show” and your card will be charged 100% of the original service amount.

I value your time and feel it is fair to honor the same policies that I hold to my clients. Should I need to cancel your appointment due to illness, unsafe weather, power outages, or other unforeseen events with less than 48 hours notice, I will honor 50% off your next identical service and do all I can to reschedule your appointment in a timely manner.

Should you need to cancel or reschedule, please reach out to me via phone or email, no Instagram or Facebook messages.

MAKEUP POLICY

If you are receiving an eyelash service, please avoid wearing any eye makeup to your appointment. Eye makeup removal will incur a $20 charge for additional time during a lash service.

For all other facial services, it is recommended that you arrive to your appointment without face or eye makeup. I understand that coming with a bare face is not always possible, and that is ok but please understand that your appointment time will not be extended for makeup removal and you may not receive as deep of a treatment because of time used for makeup removal. Long story short, it is in your best interest to not wear makeup to your appointment.

UNDERAGE CLIENT POLICY

I do allow clients under the age of 18 to receive services under the following guidelines:

Clients under 18 must have a guardian present during the entirety of the service & it is the guardians’ responsibility to monitor the child's behavior.

For safety purposes, children under the age of 13 are not allowed to receive services, nor are they allowed in the treatment room during services.
